At the core of Gemmy International is the ability to hand carve or model wax to very specific requirements. Our modeler has been creating hand models for more than fourty years, primarily for the wholesale and retail jewelry manufacturing industry. His specialty is wildlife depictions, but he is equally adept using modern, classical, geometric, whimsical, and architectural motifs. Modeling requests can incorporate a great degree of detail. Each project is assessed in regards to its viability and expenditure of labor in hours. An approximate quote will be given and actual cost will never exceed 25% over estimate. Upon approval by client a deposit of 35% of estimate will be required.
Wax models can be commissioned for delivery as such; can be modeled and consequently cast in a specific metal; or can be incorporated in the itemized construction of a piece of finished jewelry.
